Cheesecake with fresh berries

Crust:

10 digestive biscuits 

75g of butter 

Filling:

300g of cream cheese 

1 1/3 dl of sour cream 

4/5 dl of sugar 

1 tsp of vanilla 

2 egg yolks 

juice and zest from 1/2 lemon 

Garnish:
Fresh berries like strawberries and raspberries 

Directions 

Preheat the oven to 175°c. 

Crush the biscuits in a food processor. Melt the butter and combine it with the crushed biscuits. Press the biscuit crumbs out in a pan that is 24cm in diameter, or in 12 aluminum mazarin molds

Filling. 

Put the Cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, egg yolks and lemon in a bowl and mix it together to a smooth mixture. Pour the mixture in the pan or in the mazarin moulds. 

Bake the small molds for about 20min and the big for 20-30min.

Garnish the cake with fresh berries.   

The other recipe is more detailed and has a better description of exactly what to do. 

It’s more specific about whether an ingredient should be room temperature or not.
